These Terms bind you ("Client") and Frog Copywriter BV, Luitenant Van Eepoelstraat 48, 9120 Beveren, Belgium, BTW BE0788.234.156 ("we"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance.
We provide professional digital copywriting services: website copywriting, social media content, email marketing sequences, product and e-commerce copy, and brand story and voice documentation. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are supplied.
A binding contract is formed when we send written order confirmation by email. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
All prices in EUR, exclusive of Belgian BTW (21%) where applicable. EU clients outside Belgium with a valid VAT number benefit from the reverse charge mechanism. Payment is due at checkout via Stripe Payments Europe.
Leap package: 7 business days. Jump: 10 business days. Bound: agreed at brief. Timelines start from the later of payment or completed brief receipt. We communicate delays in advance.
Leap: 2 rounds. Jump: 3 rounds. Bound: unlimited. A revision applies changes to a delivered draft. Material scope changes after delivery may be quoted additionally.
Services delivered in English and Dutch as agreed. French-language work is available by arrangement with a noted partner writer.
Accurate brief information must be supplied by the Client. We are not liable for errors arising from incomplete or misleading briefing material.
Ownership of all delivered copy transfers to the Client upon full payment. We retain the right to describe completed projects in portfolio materials unless written confidentiality is agreed before project start.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded unless caused by gross negligence.
Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
